March issue

Issue 26

Welcome to the March e-mail bulletin. Students have been taking over! Well, they did for one day at the end of last year as part of the 11 Million Takeover Day scheme, so we report on how it went. We also take a look at how pupils are being nurtured to become future stars of the football pitch and we see how YouTube has been helping out in the classroom. Could it really turn history lessons around?

We hope you enjoy this issue, happy reading.

Takeover Day

Looking forward to history

YouTube is often criticised by parents who consider it a distraction, but the website has now become a valuable resource for history teachers.
