Headteacher Ann Lawrence, nursery teacher Kathleen Mitchell and teaching assistant Ann Lyford received the special awards from the county council, reports the Watford Observer.
Ms Lawrence has dedicated 30 years of her life to schools in Hertfordshire and spent 17 years as headteacher of Parkgate Infants and Nursery School.
Teaching assistant Ann Lyford has served at Northfield Gardens School for 20 years and began her teaching career in St Albans.
She told the paper: "I can't believe I've been here for 20 years. It's a nice, happy, friendly school to work in, but it's seeing the children develop is that makes it really enjoyable.
"Most of the staff have been here for quite a long time - there are a lot of staff who have been here for 14 or 15 years."
In related news, schools minister Jim Knight has launched a review into education governance this week, in order to raise standards in this area around the country.
