The National College for School Leadership and the TDA have produced a resource pack to help local authorities (LAs) and school leaders develop extended services and meet the goals of Every Child Matters.
The pack summarises learning from a two-year partnership project involving 13 LAs and 176 schools and builds on best practice. Resources include guidance on using coaching to address local challenges faced by school leaders working in partnership with stakeholders.
