The TDA has developed a web-based resource to assist local authorities and school line managers in the effective induction of support staff into the workplace.
Effective induction is the foundation of continuing professional development and is central to good human resources practice. The induction planner has been developed with the help of local authorities and schools. It will provide an opportunity to share good practice in this important area. We would like to thank all colleagues who have contributed their time and expertise to the project.
