The Quality and Inspection team fund and manage regional network meetings for ITT providers. These groups are chaired and attended by training managers of school-based ITT providers.  They meet on a termly basis to discuss matters of national, regional and local importance.

The morning session of the network meetings is led by a TDA consultant, in conjunction with the provider-chair, and will be an ongoing conduit of ITT policy and strategy matters. HEI colleagues are invited to attend this session of the meeting when appropriate. The afternoon sessions allow providers to meet by provider type or phase to discuss regional and local issues.

The objectives of the network meetings are to:

• provide ITT colleagues with the opportunity to engage in professional dialogue
• to enable providers to develop an understanding of good quality ITT provision
• to develop a self-sufficient network for ITT colleagues
• to share good practice.
