Recruiting to ITT

Through spending time in a school, those considering teaching can make a well-informed decision as to whether they should pursue a teaching career. One option they may consider is a teacher training programme, that allows trainees to be paid while working in a school.

Career exploration

Career exploration programmes provide advice and guidance for people considering teaching as a career. It can be in the form of an observation day, a three day taster course or paid classroom experience.
