The TDA supports qualifications that are fit-for-purpose and meet our criteria for endorsement. We will only endorse qualifications intended for submission to the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) regulatory frameworks.
Only awarding bodies approved by QCA are able to submit qualifications to the national frameworks. TDA's sector endorsement process is only for organisations approved by QCA as recognised awarding bodies.
Submitted proposals are reviewed by an external panel of employers and school-based practitioners. This process may take up to six weeks.
You may also enter into an early dialogue with us before fully developing a qualification. This will help ensure that your proposals meet the needs of the sector.
