A strong evidence base informs the planning and delivery of training and development for the wider workforce.
The collection and analysis of evidence and intelligence:
- Helps us understand what is working well with existing training and development programmes and where improvements are needed;
- Identifies gaps and barriers to training and development for support staff at national and local level.
In this section research has been grouped under 'TDA commissioned research' and 'Partner research'.
