Our Train to Teach events will provide you with all the information you need about a career in teaching and the training options in your region, as well as guidance on the next steps towards making an initial teacher training (ITT) application.

Teaching consultants will be available to provide practical advice and you can speak directly to teachers to answer any questions you have about what a career in teaching is really like. You can also speak to training providers first hand and attend seminars on a range of topics to build your knowledge of the options available to you and to help you make a successful ITT application.

The venue is fully accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties. There are central lifts to all floors. Blue badge parking is available near to the main entrances on Levels 0 and 1, both at ground floor level.

Seminars run throughout the day, covering topics such as routes into teaching, and what to expect from a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) course. You cannot book seminar tickets in advance of the event, and we would recommend that you collect tickets for seminars as early as possible on the day, as places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
