WAMG, the unique social partnership of 11 organisations representing employers, the government and school workforce unions, has been at the heart of school workforce reforms since 2003, playing a critical role in ensuring implementation of the national agreement.
The group continues to work collaboratively on the wider workforce reform agenda with a common purpose of supporting schools in raising standards and tackling workload issues for staff. The TDA is both secretariat and a key delivery partner for WAMG.
