If you are unable to attend a test, please cancel the test through the booking pages by selecting the option ‘View booked tests’. From here you can cancel or reschedule your tests.
If possible try to make the cancellation at least 24 hours before the test is due to take place. Cancelling test bookings will free up test slots for other trainees. Also, there may be occasions where your booking is the only one for that particular day, and the test administrator may have set up the test centre specifically to administer your test.
If you are unable to cancel your test in advance, for example, if you fall ill on the day of your test, please contact the helpdesk on 0845 450 8867 or skillstests@pearson.com who will advise the test centre on your behalf.
We monitor the number of ‘no-shows’ for tests and will notify training providers of candidates who appear to have particular difficulty in keeping test appointments.
