Once registered, you will receive your username and password within two working days. This will allow you to access the booking page where you can make a booking, manage your existing bookings and view your past results.

Important information about the registration process
All correspondence, including your username and password and test booking confirmations, will be sent via email so it is vital that you register a valid email address when prompted to do so. To prevent e-mails going straight into your junk mail box, please add the following e-mail addresses into your address book before registering for the tests: skillstests@pearson.com and gtnsupport@pearson.com. Should you fail to receive your username and password within the stated time frame please contact the candidate helpdesk, who will be able to assist you.
You will be prompted to enter other personal details and it is important that these details are accurate. When you are recommended for QTS the GTCE will cross reference your record with the details submitted by your training provider; any discrepancies may lead to your award of QTS being delayed. You are, however, able to amend these details at a later date by logging into your account and selecting 'update your registration details'.
Your unique registration number is linked to your ITT provider; you must enter the correct ITT provider name when prompted to do so to ensure they are able to view your results. Failure to do so will result in an error message being displayed. Should this occur, or if you have any other problems completing the registration process, please contact the candidate helpdesk.
If you previously required special arrangements in a test or public examination you will be able to request the same special arrangements for the QTS skills tests. When registering for the tests, you need to state whether or not you require any special arrangements when prompted. You should also inform your training provider of your particular need at the beginning of the academic year. This will help to ensure that you receive the correct provisions.
If you lose your registration number, you will need to ask your training provider who will be able to check the number that was assigned to you. If you lose your username and/or password select ‘lost password’ on the booking page and follow the instructions there.
