About this case study
Elieen Pegman joined Usworth School in September 2001 as a finance and premises manager. Prior to this, she spent 13 years working for Northumbria Police managing and reconciling devolving budgets. This case study looks at how the certificate of school business management (CSBM) course provided her with an opportunity to expand her knowledge and experience into the school environment.
