Join the free Return to Teaching (RTT) Programme

New support for returning teachers is now available following recent changes in the Return to Teaching (RTT) Programme.

The TDA is working to make the transition back to the classroom as smooth as possible for returners.

You can join the free RTT Programme by completing our registration form or by calling the RTT service on 0845 6000 993.

Subject to eligibility and availability, after registering with the programme you may also benefit from the support of:

Eligibility

To join the programme, you must:

  • have qualified teacher status (QTS) in England to teach either primary or secondary phases
  • be proficient in speaking, reading and writing English, and
  • wish to return to teaching in England.

Data protection

To register for the programme you will need to provide the following information:

  • Your contact details and your preferred method of contact
  • Information about your teaching history
