Continuing professional development (CPD) is becoming more important in schools and increasingly includes all members of the school staff. Consequently, there is a new emphasis on finding suitable record-keeping systems, judging the impact of the CPD and ensuring that the outcomes of CPD are disseminated to colleagues.
