The MTL is delivered through a unique three-way partnership between schools, participants and higher education institutions (HEIs)
In every region, MTL consortia – groups of HEIs – will be working with schools to deliver the MTL. Each MTL participant and their school will form a close working partnership with a specific HEI, which will bring its own unique expertise and experience to the core MTL programme.
