Areas of numeracy covered

The different numeracy subject areas covered by the skills test have been divided into separate sections and are intended to help you refresh your skills. Each section contains information on the area of numeracy concerned, a number of worked examples and guidance on avoiding common errors.

You don't need to work through this resource in its entirety. It may be more helpful to dip in to relevant sections as and when required. The information provided is at a fairly basic level and is intended to help those trainees who took GCSE mathematics or its equivalent some time ago.
