Cancelling a test
If you are unable to attend a test, please cancel the test through the booking pages by selecting the option ‘current activity’. From here you can cancel or reschedule your tests.
Please ensure that you cancel the test a minimum of 24 hours before the test is due to take place. Cancelling test bookings will free up test slots for other trainees. To cancel your test please log in to your account.
The TDA monitors the number of missed appointments and will notify training providers of candidates who repeatedly fail to attend their tests.
